We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the EVENTIM Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Mit den Zügen der den Linien S6, RE1 und RE5 bis Leverkusen Mitte Bahnhof. Von dort aus weiter mit dem Bus der Linien 203, 207, 222 oder N22 bis Haltestelle BayArena oder ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg Richtung Sportpark /Stadion BayArena.
Durch die zentrale Lage der Ostermann-Arena, direkt gegenüber der BayArena ist die Veranstaltungsstätte problemlos zu erreichen. Folgen Sie zunächst den Hinweisschildern BayArena – Stadion Ostermann-Arena befindet sich auf der Bismarckstraße gegenüber des Stadion. Ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten stehen direkt hinter der Ostermann-Arena zur Verfügung.
Aus Richtung Köln: 59 Richtung Köln/ Düsseldorf A3 ab Dreieck Heumar Richtung Oberhausen, Ausfahrt Leverkusen Zentrum Rechts auf den Willy-Brandt-Ring Ampel links in die Stixchesstraße (Ausschilderung Sportpark) Ampelkreuzung links auf die Gustav-Heinemann-Straße Rechts in die Bismarckstraße Nach ca. 600 m befindet sich die Ostermannt-Arena auf der rechten Seite.
Aus Richtung Düsseldorf: A44 Richtung Köln/ Frankfurt bis Kreuz Ratingen-Ost A3 Richtung Köln/Frankfurt, Ausfahrt Opladen 1. Ampel rechts auf die Bonner Straße 1. Möglichkeit rechts Richtung Stadtmitte (Ausschilderung Sportpark) 1. Ampel rechts auf Europaring, ca. 150 m nach nächster Ampelkreuzung rechts Richtung Sportpark Am Kreisverkehr links in die Bismarckstraße Nach ca. 800 m befindet sich die Ostermann-Arena auf der linken Seite.
Direkt neben der Ostermann-Arena stehen ca. 250 kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Weitere 1000 kostenfreie Parkplätze befinden sich an der BayArena P5 und P6. Ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Ostermann-Arena, um zu diesen Parkplätzen zu gelangen Eingabe im Navigationssystem Marienburgstraße, 51373 Leverkusen.
Parkmöglichkeiten
Parkplätze befinden sich hinter der Ostermann-Arena, ca. 50 m vom barrierefreien Eingang entfernt am Eingang zur VIP-Lounge.
Haupteingang
Bitte melden Sie sich am Haupteingang beim Ordnerpersonal an. Gerne begleitet das Personal Sie zum Eingang für Rollstuhlfahrer.
Plätze
Die Rollstuhlplätze befinden sich im Innenraum der Ostermann-Arena und sind entsprechend ausgeschildert. Bei Sportveranstaltungen befinden sich die Plätze direkt am Spielfeld. Bei anderen Veranstaltungen richtet der jeweilige Veranstalter spezielle Rollstuhlfahrerplätze ein, von denen aus Sie bei jeder Veranstaltung eine ausgezeichnete Sicht genießen können.
Toiletten
Das barrierefreie WC ist ebenfalls gut erreichbar und befindet sich im Zugang zur VIP-Lounge im Nord-Ost-Bereich der Ostermann-Arena.
