If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Bahn: Der Ulmer Hauptbahnhof ist gut an das deutsche Streckennetz angebunden und befindet sich 10 Gehminuten vom ROXY entfernt.
Bus + Straßenbahn: Die Haltestelle „Ehinger Tor“ ist in der Stadt ein großer Knotenpunkt der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt
Das ROXY liegt direkt an der B10/B28. Diese ist von der A8 (Stuttgart/München) ebenso gut erreichbar wie von der A7 (Würzburg/Kempten, Lindau).
Vor dem ROXY befindet sich ein großer Parkplatz, der werktags ab 19:00 Uhr sowie an Sonn- und Feiertagen frei nutzbar ist. In etwa 10 Gehminuten Entfernung findet sich außerdem die Parkhäuser am Bahnhof und Deutschhaus.
Das ROXY ist barrierefrei zugänglich und verfügt auch über eine entsprechende Toilette.
