We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Wenn Sie mit der Bahn anreisen möchten, fahren Sie bitte bis zum Hauptbahnhof Aschaffenburg. Direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof befindet sich der Regionale Omnibusbahnhof (ROB) Aschaffenburg. Von dort aus zum Festivalgelände und zum 1. Zeltplatz / Familienzeltplatz / Wohnmobilstellplatz: Es fährt alle 10-15 Minuten ein Bus direkt zum Festivalgelände auf dem Volksfestplatz. Entweder mit Linie 3 bis Haltestelle Stadtbad (P+R) oder mit Linie 6, Linie 53, Linie 54, Linie 55 oder Linie 60 bis Haltestelle Willigisbrücke.

Direkt am Volksfestplatz sind nur wenige Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Der große, kostenfreie Hauptparkplatz befindet sich auf dem Flugfeld in Nilkheim. Der Weg zum Veranstaltungsgelände kann von dort aus zu Fuß oder im Shuttlebus zurückgelegt werden.
