Which types of tickets are available for the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2026?

Subject to availability, all available ticket products for the FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup 2026 have been on sale since May 20, 2026, including Session Tickets (Early and Late Sessions) for the Group Phase, Day Tickets for both the Group and Final Phases, and Team Tickets for all participating teams. VIP/Premium Tickets are also now available for purchase.

Due to the strong demand since the presale launch in September 2025, Final Phase and Final Weekend Packages are currently not available.

Which price categories are available?

Tickets for the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2026 are currently vailable in price categories 1 to 5 depending on the occupancy and the game day.

Will there be a box office at the arena?

Yes, depending on availability, it is possible to purchase tickets at the box office of the arena. However, there is no guarantee that the desired seats (depending on price category and area) will still be available. 

RESTRICTIONS

Will it be possible to buy tickets only for a single match?

For the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2026 you can only buy packages that include several match days (e.g. Team Ticket) , day tickets or session tickets with session tickets being the smallest ticket unit and covering two games. It is not possible to purchase a ticket for a single game.

What is the difference between the standard ticket and the "FanTicket"?

The standard ticket is a standardized ticket on a neutral ticket paper that you can get at a ticket office. 
The FanTicket is a high-quality, colored souvenir ticket in the official design of the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2026, which is only available via the online shop, ticket hotline and group orders.

Is there a minimum age for attending the event?

There is no minimum age for attending the event. The responsibility lies with the parents or legal guardians. The organizer assumes no responsibility for regional youth protection laws.

At what age do children need their own ticket?

Children need their own ticket from the age of 4.

Can children under this age sit on their parent's lap (without a right to request their own seat)?

Yes, children aged 0 to 3 do not need their own ticket and can sit on their parents' lap (without the right to their own seat).

Are there discounted tickets available for teenagers, students or seniors?

Yes, there are discounts for various groups. You will find detailed information on the discounts offered in the ticketshop during the booking process.

Are there offers for groups?

Yes, there are offers for groups of 10 tickets or more. Ticket requests for larger groups can be sent via the group form.

TICKETS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

Are tickets offered for people with disabilities?

Tickets for people with disabilities are available at every venue and on every match day. Tickets can be booked directly in the ticketshop. People with a GdB>70 pay the discounted price for a ticket in the desired price category and receive one ticket for themselves plus another for their companion. Proof of this must be presented on the day of the event.

Where and how is it possible to buy tickets for wheelchair users?

Tickets for wheelchair users are available at every venue and on every match day. Tickets for wheelchair users can be purchased directly in the ticketshop. Tickets for wheelchair users include an accompanying person free of charge. With regard to the regulations on the mandatory accompanying person, the venue regulations of the arena to be visited apply.

Is access to the event barrier-free (incl. parking)?

Yes, all venues of the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2026 are barrier-free (including parking lots).

Are the tickets personalized?

Tickets for the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2026 are not personalized.

Can I give my ticket to someone else if I am not able to go to a match myself?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another person. However, please note that the transfer is only possible for the entire match day and not for a single game of that day.

No, tickets that have already been purchased cannot generally be exchanged. It is also not possible to change seats after purchase. 

Can orders be merged?

No, orders cannot be merged.

Can I return my ticket?

No, tickets cannot be returned.

Can tickets be resold?

Tickets may be resold or passed on privately. Any kind of commercial resale is strictly prohibited. Detailed information can be found in the General Terms and Conditions.

Can tickets bought in a package be changed to individual tickets for easier sharing?

No, tickets in a package cannot be changed to day tickets for easier sharing.
