Information on voucher processing in connection with the model declaratory action

The settlement between the Federation of German Consumer Organisations (Verbraucherzentrale Bundesverband e.V. – vzbv) and CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA to resolve the model declaratory proceedings (case number 101 MK 1/22) allowed consumers to claim vouchers until 15 July 2026, inclusive.

This period has now expired, and it is therefore no longer possible to claim vouchers. However, vouchers that have already been claimed remain valid and can still be redeemed until 31 December 2029.
