Information on voucher processing in connection with the model declaratory action

The Federation of German Consumer Organisations (Verbraucherzentrale Bundesverband e.V.) and CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA have reached a settlement to fully resolve the model declaratory proceedings under file number 101 MK 1/22.

Under the terms of the settlement, all consumers who were entered in the claim register at the time the settlement was concluded will receive an EVENTIM purchase voucher worth €20.00 per file reference. With this voucher, all claims that consumers asserted against EVENTIM when registering in the claim register are fully settled, regardless of their amount and legal basis.

The voucher can be redeemed on eventim.de until 31/12/2029 and is not subject to a minimum order value. The voucher cannot be redeemed for the purchase of additional vouchers and cannot be exchanged for cash.
