Enemy Inside from Aschaffenburg made an immediate impact with the release of
their debut album „Phoenix” in 2018. Both the title track „Phoenix”, which
became the band’s biggest hit with nearly 7 million streams on Spotify, and the
album itself, which has amassed more than 25.6 million streams, marked a
breakthrough for the band and introduced their distinctive blend of modern
alternative rock and metal to audiences far beyond Germany.
The release of their second album, „Seven“ followed in 2021, alongside the
successful singles “Crystallize” and “Release Me”, both of which have since
surpassed one million streams. Continuing to refine their sound, Enemy Inside
toured extensively across Europe and appeared at major festivals including
Wacken Open Air, M’era Luna and the Full Metal Cruise before releasing their third
studio album, „Venom“, in 2025. The record further sharpened the band’s
signature mix of metalcore, industrial and alternative metal influences.
Following the success of „Venom“ and a successful European tour supporting
Smash Into Pieces, Enemy Inside are now entering the next chapter of their career.
With the singles „R.I.P.” and „Dopamine”, the band has already unveiled the first
taste of their upcoming studio album. Driving riffs, infectious hooks and a hypnotic
atmosphere combine modern heaviness with memorable melodies, once again
showcasing the unmistakable sound that has become Enemy Inside’s trademark.
About the current single, vocalist Nastassja Giulia says:
“Dopamine is about the kind of chemistry between two people that gets under your
skin. It’s about that rush of anticipation, obsession and euphoria when someone
completely takes over your thoughts and suddenly everything else fades into the
background.
Musically, the song combines infectious hooks with a hypnotic atmosphere that
mirrors exactly that feeling. Raw energy meets memorable melodies, capturing the
powerful attraction at the heart of the song.”
With new music in their luggage, Enemy Inside are heading out on their next
headline tour, performing not only fan favorites but also songs from their upcoming
album live for the very first time.
