Of Mice & Men melden sich zurück – und das lautstark: „Another Miracle“ heißt die neue Single der Metalcore-Band aus Südkalifornien, die es einmal mehr schafft, ihre eigene Verletzlichkeit mit einer explosiven Klangwelt zu verbinden. Der Track ist ihre erste Musik seit „Tether“ aus dem Jahr 2023 und ihr Debüt bei ihrem neuen Label Century Media Records. Der Song beschäftigt sich mit Themen wie Verzweiflung, Hoffnung und dem unermüdlichen Streben nach Frieden inmitten des Chaos, das uns alle umgibt. Aaron Pauley, seines Zeichens Sänger und Bassist der Formation, erklärt zu dem Song: „Life is hard. No matter who you are, you're fighting battles big and small on a daily basis. A lot of the time, we feel that the uniqueness of our circumstance prevents connecting with others. ‘How could anyone possibly know what it's like to go through what I'm going through?’ That being said, everyone, and I mean everyone, knows what it's like to wish for a miracle during a time when everything seems hopeless. It seems to be one of those core human experiences that ties us all together. That's exactly what Another Miracle is about and we hope you enjoy it.”
Zu dem Song ist auch ein Musikvideo erschienen, das vom Filmemacher Mike Matsui gedreht wurde. Gitarrist Alan Ashby sagt dazu: „Working with Mike and his team was awesome. We got to actually do a bit of acting as well as play our instruments. It was super cool having a tactical co-ordinator and learning how to do the proper movements in relation to the SWAT team scenes. It felt like we were part of a big budget Hollywood Movie!”
Damit aber noch nicht genug: Die Band bestätigt in diesem Zuge auch gleich noch Touraktivitäten in Europa und im UK – bei der Gelegenheit werden sie auch in Deutschland zu sehen sein. Und zwar im November und Dezember 2025. Konzerte in Hamburg, Berlin, Leipzig, München und Köln sind geplant.
