Cancellations and Rescheduling
Current information from promoter regarding rescheduled and cancelled events

Occasionally an event may have to be canceled or rescheduled. If you are unable to attend the new date after an event has been postponed or your event has been cancelled, the organizer will decide the conditions under which the tickets will be returned. As a ticket broker, we do everything we can to implement the organization and processing with the respective organizers in the full sense of the customers and fans.

The promoter has rescheduled your event. Your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. In case you are not able to attend on the new date, the promoter has authorised us as the ticketing intermediary to handle the ticket return process. For this, we require your tickets and contact data. Please go to and complete the ticket return form. If you have an EVENTIM.Pass ticket, you cannot use the form. In this case, please request the cancellation directly via the EVENTIM app.
