  • At www.eventim.de you’ll find all about tickets. Our internet service provides you with the best available ticket as required. We offer information, a gift service, newsletter and much more.

  • More than 450 event organisers, among them of course Germany’s major organisers, arrange for a schedule of events that is one-of-a-kind. You can choose from thousands of events, ranging from major sporting events and musicals to the concert of a star pianist or a spectacular pop festival.

How can I reach CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA?

  • Via our order hotline: +49 (0) 1806-570070 (€ 0.20/call incl. VAT from all German networks), you can reach us Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00.

  • To make a booking for wheelchair users and people with disabilities (severe disability), including companions, please first check whether tickets for your desired event can be booked directly through the webshop. To do this, go to the desired event and city, and check the available price categories and discounts. Whether tickets for wheelchair users and people with disabilities (severe disability), including companions, are offered in the webshop is determined by the event organizer.

    If you do not find a suitable offer in the webshop, please contact our customer service at 0421-353 638. Please note: For technical reasons, this number can only handle inquiries and bookings for tickets for wheelchair users and people with disabilities (severe disability).

    Depending on the organizer’s guidelines, in some cases the booking can be made directly via our hotline. In other cases, the booking must first be requested from the event organizer.     If you require a companion to attend the event (indicated by a "B" in your disability ID card), and the companion ticket is discounted or free, please have your disability ID card ready at the entrance to present as proof for the companion ticket. Verification on-site is always carried out.
