In celebration of her highly anticipated September album release, Gewandhaus Dresden presents South Africa's "Warrior Poet" Carla Conrad.
In May she moved from Cape Town to Saxony for love and has taken the local music scene by storm since, performing at Sommer in der Stadt, the Homeward Festival and Fête de la Musique Erfurt.
Back home she opened for Jo Black, one of South Africa's most successful Afrikaans artists.
