Asphodèle is the alias of Los Angeles–based DJ, multidisciplinary artist, and community builder Cassandra Momah.
After a period of personal searching and a spiritual reading that pointed her toward music, Momah has built a steadily growing presence as a DJ, curator, and promoter. Through her online mix videos, monthly radio show on Oroko Radio, and her party series Midnight Diaspora, she explores global underground music with an emphasis on emotional resonance and cultural connection.
Her sets move fluidly across styles—from percussive club rhythms and gqom to experimental blends spanning hip-hop, electronic, and bass music—guided less by genre than by feeling.
Through her work, she is actively building inclusive spaces and communities rooted in experimentation, openness, and shared musical discovery.
