We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the EVENTIM Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Das Parkhaus befindet sich in der Helen-Ernst-Straße 2-4 und ist über die Marianne-von-Rantzau-Straße erreichbar. Folgen Sie auf der Mühlenstraße einfach der Ausschilderung "Parkhaus Arena". Vom Parkhaus sind es nur wenige hundert Meter zur Mercedes-Benz Arena.

Die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage "Parkhaus Plaza" befindet sich an der Mildred-Harnack-Straße. Von hier sind es nur wenige Treppenstufen bis zum Mercedes Platz und zur Mercedes-Benz Arena.

• Bei Ausfahrt nach 24:00 Uhr bzw. später als 2 Stunden nach Veranstaltungsende gilt zusätzlich zum Pauschaltarif der Stundentarif von 2,50 EUR.
