The number of tickets per ticket buyer is limited to a maximum of four (4) during the artist presale and of six (6) tickets per show during the general onsale. In case of non-compliance, the promoter is entitled to disable the tickets concerned (clause 11 of the promoter’s General Terms and Conditions). The sale of tickets to children under the age of 6 years is hereby ruled out. No ticket may be purchased for them (also not along with other tickets) as third-party beneficiaries.

S-Bahn: S6 bis Bahnhof Mülheim, weiter mit Buslinie 152/153 bis Keuptstraße.
Bei Veranstaltungen pendelt die Buslinie 159E zwischen Wiener Platz und Carlswerkstraße/ Schanzenstraße.
By road
Über die A3 bis zur Ausfahrt Köln-Dellbrück, (ab hiert ist das Palladium ausgeschildert), rechts auf die Bergisch-Gladbacher-Strasse, nach der Unterführung direkt wieder rechts in die Carlswerkstrasse. Nach 600 m links in die Schanzenstrasse. In der Nähe des Palladiums gibt es ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten.
