I had a VIP Ticket in addition to the General Admission, and one Snapshot ticket, though I bought two more on site. The venue itself is really cute, and it wasn't overfull, so nobody got shoved or anything. Everyone behaved themselves well. Getting my VIP pass and Snapshot ticket was super-easy, since they had a table set up outside. Numbers for queuing were written directly on the passes, which made it easy and convenient, as well.
