Ein gut gelaunter Ed Motta mit tollen Musikern gab in Nürnberg das erste Konzert seiner aktuellen Tour.
Er spielte fast 2 Stunden lang Songs aus seinem Soul/Funk-Repertoire.
Anschließend verkaufte und signierte er im Foyer seine letzten Alben als CD oder Vynil.

Letztes Jahr im Bahnhof Ehrenfeld. Einlass um 17 Uhr, Beginn 18 Uhr
stand auf der Karte. Als wir um 20 Uhr fragten, wusste keiner wann es los geht, nach drei Stunden warten also um 21 Uhr und keinen Infos ausser das Ed Motta Brasilianer ist und drei Stunden Verspätung deshalb normal seien ... sind wir gegangen ... schade ....
Schöner Abend in einer zu kleinen Location

Der Abend fing gut an Ed hat eine wunderbare Stimme und ist zudem auch A cappella wirklich begabt. Allerdings wurde die A cappella Vorstellung zu einer Zerreißprobe; extrem in die Länge gezogen und dadurch nach einigen Minuten zu einer Qual und es entwickelte sich Langeweile.
Schlussendlich muss ich aber sagen, dass mir der Abend dennoch gefallen hat, es wäre besser gewesen, wenn er seine Lieder in seiner Muttersprache gesungen hätte; sie klingt einfach so schön.
