HOURGLASS METHOD
You will get guided through the three phases of her hourglass method, which consist of different writing exercises, and explain the background to them.
You will use pen, paper and Your words as tools, but You don't have to be a poet to have fun and benefit from the workshop
The small group setting as a safe space also allows You to share your thoughts with others.
You'll learn:

• Express Yourself authentically and confidently.

ABOUT LENA HOHL:
Lena is a writer and a creative who expresses herself through words and her voice. In her Hourglass Method, Lena combines knowledge from her education and interest in creative processes in the brain with ideas based on her own experience as an artist. Her goal is to help and inspire people to radically be themselves and fully unleash their creativity.
