The German national team will kick off the tournament with the opening match in the Porsche-Arena in Stuttgart. The main round and the quarter-finals will take place in Dortmund (if qualified).

Dortmund is a dynamic city in the heart of the Ruhr area, known for its rich industrial heritage, vibrant culture and passion for sports. In December 2025, the Westfallenhalle offers 12.000 fans the opportunity to come together to cheer, support and enjoy handball at the highest level.
At the Handball World Championship 2025, the Westfalenhalle Dortmund will host one Main Round (with Germany) and two quarter-final matches.
