Handicapped-accessible tickets

To make a booking for wheelchair users and people with disabilities, including companion, please first check whether your desired event also offers the option of booking tickets directly in the webshop. Go to your event and your city and check the price categories and discounts offered. The promoter of the event decides whether tickets for wheelchair users and people with disabilities, including companion, are offered in the webshop.

If you cannot find a suitable offer in the webshop, please contact our customer service on +49 (0) 421 353 638. For technical reasons, only enquiries and bookings for tickets for wheelchair users and people with disabilities can be processed on this number!

Depending on the requirements of the promoter, in some cases the booking can be made directly on our hotline, in other cases the booking must first be requested from the promoter. Please understand that, depending on the event, places for wheelchair users and people with disabilities cannot always be offered.

If you are dependent on a companion for your visit to the event (sign B on your disabled person's ID) and the companion ticket is subject to a discount or free ticket, please have your disabled person's ID ready at the entrance to the event as proof of the companion ticket. An on-site check will take place in all cases.

General admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available.

Seat or standing ticket subject to availability

This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.

Currently not available

If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

EVENTIM makes every effort to obtain more tickets so check our website regularly for updates.

Delivery not available

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.

Only single seats available

In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the EVENTIM Seating chart booking.

Concessions

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

The following discounts are available from price category 3 on:

- The "Reduced" discount level applies to students, university students, retirees, apprentices, participants in the Federal Voluntary Service (BFD), Voluntary Social Year (FSJ) participants and Persons with a Degree of Disability >50 .

- The "Child 5 – 12 Years" discount level applies to children aged 5 up to and including 12 years old.

- Children up to and including four (4) years of age do not require their own ticket and may sit on their parent's lap (without entitlement to a seat).

Please note:: For discounted tickets, a valid eligibility must be in place on the day of the event. Please have the appropriate proof ready to present on site.

Wheelchair Tickets:
Tickets for wheelchair users can be purchased directly in the ticket shop. Wheelchair tickets include a free accompanying person. The venue’s specific regulations regarding the possible requirement of an accompanying person apply.

Severely disabled persons with a degree of disability (GdB) over 70 and accompanying persons:
Severely disabled persons with a degree of disability (GdB) over 70 purchase a ticket at the regular price in the selected price category. If the disability ID card includes the marker “B”, one accompanying person can be selected and added free of charge during the booking process. The corresponding disability ID card must be presented as proof on the day of the event.

Die ZAG Arena ist behindertengerecht gebaut und ermöglicht einen barrierefreien Zugang und garantiert einen reibungslosen Besuch einer Veranstaltung.

Anfahrt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln:
Der stufenlose Einstieg in die "üstra" Stadtbahnen ist an allen Hochbahnsteigen und U-Bahn-Stationen mit Aufzug möglich.

Parken mit dem Pkw:
Auf den PKW-Stellflächen (Ost 14, 15, Süd 26, 28) werden eingangsnah Stellplätze für gehbehinderte Besucher freigehalten und sind in gleicher Höhe gebührenpflichtig wie die regulären PKW-Parkbereiche. Einzelne kostenfreie Behindertenparkplätze stehen Ihnen auf der Weltausstellungsallee bei der Fußgängerbrücke zur Verfügung.

Einlass / Zuschauerplätze
Bitte benutzen Sie den VIP- und Logeneingang, so gelangen Sie ungehindert in die Eingangsebene der ZAG Arena. Die Eingangsebene ist ebenerdig, von dort gelangen Sie barrierefrei zu Ihren Zuschauerplätzen. Die Zuschauerplätze für Rollstuhlfahrer befinden sich hinter den Blöcken U1 bis U3 und sind ebenerdig zu erreichen. Von hier aus genießen Sie bei jeder Veranstaltung eine ausgezeichnete Sicht.

Für eine Begleitperson befindet sich direkt neben den Rollstuhlplatz ein Sitzplatz.

Ticketinfo
Die Rollstuhlplätze befinden sich hinter den Blöcken U1 bis U3. Insgesamt stehen 24 Rollstuhlplätze und 24 Sitzplätze für Begleitpersonen zur Verfügung. Ein Aufenthalt im Innenraum ist für Rollstuhlfahrer aus feuerpolizeilichen Gründen nicht zulässig.

Gastronomie
Unser umfangreiches Gastronomie-Angebot befindet sich in der Eingangsebene und ist ohne Hindernisse zu erreicht.
