EVENTIM FanBonus - Standard Terms Of Business
Conditions of participation:
- Consumer-customers at CTS Eventim (webshop and order hotline) can become FanBonus members
free of charge on request.
- FanBonus members will receive three percent (3%) of the respective ticket price(s)* credited to
their FanBonus member account with each ticket order.
- The credits accumulated in this way are totalled annually**. In January of the following year
FanBonus members will then receive a FanBonus voucher by email in the form of an online voucher
code worth three percent (3%) of the ticket price* of all tickets purchased by the customer in the
previous calendar year. However, the maximum value of the FanBonus voucher that can be
obtained each calendar year is limited to 100 euros, so that ticket purchases above a total value of
3,333.33 euros are not taken into account and are forfeited. The ticket price of the ticket order in
the context of which the FanBonus membership was concluded will also be taken into account.
- The FanBonus member can redeem the FanBonus voucher within 9 months of sending the voucher
with his next ticket order*** via www.eventim.de or the Eventim order hotline. The validity date
will be stated in the email. A redemption beyond this validity date is not possible.
- Every FanBonus member account will be reset to zero on 01.01. of each year; a transfer of credits
to the following calendar year is not possible. For clarification: the calculation of the FanBonus for
ticket orders starts at zero in each new calendar year.
- Per order only one FanBonus voucher can be redeemed. The FanBonus voucher cannot be combined
with other (promotional and/or gift) vouchers and/or discounts.
- The FanBonus voucher and/or credits accumulated per calendar year on the membership account
cannot be paid out in cash, transferred and/or credited. After the validity date, any remaining credit expires without compensation.
- In the event of a cancellation and/or non-payment of a ticket order for which the FanBonus member
has redeemed the FanBonus voucher, the FanBonus voucher becomes invalid or expires without
replacement.
- Only ticket orders that have been completely processed and paid for within one calendar year will
be considered for settlement in January of the following year; orders paid for later will be considered
for settlement in the following year.
- The FanBonus voucher can only be used individually by the FanBonus member and is therefore not
transferable to other customers or FanBonus members. Active employees of the CTS EVENTIM
group are excluded from membership.
- CTS EVENTIM is entitled to discontinue the FanBonus membership product at any time at its own
discretion at the end of a calendar year. A corresponding FanBonus voucher will be sent for the
credits on the member account acquired in this calendar year according to the above conditions.
However, orders not yet paid for in the year of discontinuation will not be taken into account and
will expire without replacement.
- In case of indications of misuse (e.g. a commercial ticket resale) and/or violation of the conditions applicable to the ticket purchase and/or these conditions of participation, CTS EVENTIM is entitled
to delete the member account and/or to block any FanBonus member vouchers not yet redeemed
at any time at its own discretion.
- CTS EVENTIM is entitled to change the conditions of participation at any time at its own discretion
with effect for the future and will inform the FanBonus member of such a change in due time. If the
FanBonus member does not agree with the change, he may terminate the FanBonus membership
with effect from the effective date of the change; if he does not make use of this right, the changed
conditions of participation will become effective at the notified date.
- The FanBonus membership can be terminated by the participant at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe from FanBonus" button in the EVENTIM customer account. Upon termination of the FanBonus membership, the bonus points collected up to this point in the respective calendar year and the bonus points which have not yet been distributed will expire without entitlement to reimbursement or payment. Any voucher credits already received from the previous year that have not yet been redeemed and are not expired will be retained and can be redeemed in accordance with these conditions of participation.
*Ticket price incl. ticket and system fee as well as shipping costs and after deduction of any redeemed
marketing, gift and FanBonus vouchers and other discounts. Amounts of (subsequently) cancelled ticket
orders shall also not be taken into account.
**Calender year from 01.01. to 31.12.
***It is unfortunately not possible to redeem the FanBonus voucher when buying at a local ticket agency
