If you are dependent on a companion for your visit to the event (sign B on your disabled person's ID) and the companion ticket is subject to a discount or free ticket, please have your disabled person's ID ready at the entrance to the event as proof of the companion ticket. This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the EVENTIM Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Rund um das Veranstaltungsgelände Hessenhallen stehen den Besuchern ca. 1000 Parkplätze auf dem Gelände und in der unmittelbaren Umgebung zur Verfügung.
Alle Eingänge zum Veranstaltungsgelände sind ebenerdig. Ausgeschilderte Behindertenparkplätze befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Eingängen. Behindertengerechte Sanitäranlagen sind vorhanden. Die Bereitstellung von behindertengerechten Plätzen bzw. einem Podest für Rollstuhlfahrer obliegt bei Konzerten und anderen Veranstaltungen den Gastveranstaltern.
