If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Der PALAZZO-Spiegelpalast befindet sich auf dem Gelände des Cannstatter Wasen an der Mercedesstraße 50.

Der Spiegelpalast befindet sich in einer Umweltzone – somit ist die Anfahrt ausschließlich mit einer Umweltplakette möglich.
An manchen Tagen kann es aufgrund von Großveranstaltungen in unmittelbarer Nähe des Spiegelpalastes zu Verkehrsbehinderungen kommen.
Es stehen ausreichend kostenpflichtige Parkplätze (P10 / Parkplatz gegenüber der Porsche Arena/Schleyer Halle) auf dem Cannstatter Wasen zur Verfügung. Der Parkplatz wird nicht von PALAZZO betrieben. Der Betreiber erhebt eine Gebühr von 5,- €.
Der Spiegelpalast ist barrierefrei. Rollstuhlfahrer buchen Plätze in der Kategorie Rang, die barrierefrei zugänglich ist. Ebenfalls vorhanden sind behindertengerechte Toiletten.
