Discounted Tickets
Discounts are available for children aged 4–14, pupils and students, pensioners, unemployed persons, as well as people with disabilities (GdB > 50).
Children aged 0 to 3 years do not require a ticket and can sit on their parents’ lap (without being entitled to their own seat).
Tickets for wheelchair users are available at all venues and on every match day. Wheelchair users pay the price of category 3 for themselves and can book an additional free ticket for their accompanying person.
Tickets for people with disabilities (GdB > 70) are available at all venues and on every match day. Tickets can be booked directly in the ticket shop. People with a GdB > 70 pay the price of a ticket in the desired price category and may then book an additional free ticket for their accompanying person along with their own ticket. Proof of eligibility must be presented on the day of the event.
Family Package
A family package comprises 4 single tickets and applies the following combinations: 2 adults + 2 children (4-14 years).

With best seat booking we will automatically choose the best seats available depending on your chosen price level and the number of tickets you require.
Seating chart booking
The EVENTIM Seating chart booking allows you to purchase exactly the seats you want for an event at a specific venue. Open the seating plan for an overview of all available seats, then click on the seats you want to select them.
Please note that the EVENTIM Seating chart booking is not available for all events.
General admission
General admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. When purchasing tickets for a General admission event, you may be quoted section, row and seat numbers, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available.
Seat or standing ticket subject to availability
This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
Currently not available
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.
EVENTIM makes every effort to obtain more tickets so check our website regularly for updates.
Delivery not available
If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect.
Only single seats available
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the EVENTIM Seating chart booking.
