Handicapped-accessible tickets

To make a booking for wheelchair users and people with disabilities, including companion, please first check whether your desired event also offers the option of booking tickets directly in the webshop. Go to your event and your city and check the price categories and discounts offered. The promoter of the event decides whether tickets for wheelchair users and people with disabilities, including companion, are offered in the webshop.

If you cannot find a suitable offer in the webshop, please contact our customer service on +49 (0) 421 353 638. For technical reasons, only enquiries and bookings for tickets for wheelchair users and people with disabilities can be processed on this number!

Depending on the requirements of the promoter, in some cases the booking can be made directly on our hotline, in other cases the booking must first be requested from the promoter. Please understand that, depending on the event, places for wheelchair users and people with disabilities cannot always be offered.

If you are dependent on a companion for your visit to the event (sign B on your disabled person's ID) and the companion ticket is subject to a discount or free ticket, please have your disabled person's ID ready at the entrance to the event as proof of the companion ticket. An on-site check will take place in all cases.

General admission

General admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. When purchasing tickets for a General admission event, you may be quoted section, row and seat numbers, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available.

Seat or standing ticket subject to availability

This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.

Currently not available

If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

EVENTIM makes every effort to obtain more tickets so check our website regularly for updates.

Delivery not available

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.

Only single seats available

In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the EVENTIM Seating chart booking.

Concessions

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Discounts
The following discounts are available:

- The "Reduced" discount level applies to young people aged 15 to 18, school pupils, apprentices/trainees, students up to and including 27 years of age, seniors (aged 67 and over), people with a degree of disability above 50, as well as emergency service personnel (military, police, fire brigade, and healthcare workers).

- The "Child 5 – 14 Years" discount level applies to children aged 5 up to and including 14 years old.

- Children up to and including four (4) years of age do not require their own ticket and may sit on their parent's lap (without entitlement to a seat).

Wheelchair Tickets:
Tickets for wheelchair users can be purchased directly in the ticket shop. Wheelchair users eligible to bring a companion can additionally select and add one companion ticket during the booking process. On the day of the event, the corresponding severely disabled ID card must be presented as proof. The venue’s specific regulations regarding the possible requirement of an accompanying person apply.

Persons with the “B” designation on their severely disabled ID card and accompanying persons:
Persons with the “B” designation on their severely disabled ID card may purchase a ticket at the reduced price in their preferred price category and can additionally select and add one free companion ticket during the booking process. On the day of the event, the corresponding severely disabled ID card must be presented as proof.

Please note:: For discounted tickets, a valid eligibility must be in place on the day of the event. Please have the appropriate proof ready to present on site.

- The 3-for-2-Offer includes three admission tickets for the price of two. The package price is fixed and does not change for reduced-price or children's tickets.

- The Group Offer includes five admission tickets. The package price is fixed and does not change for reduced-price or children's tickets.

- The Family Package includes admission for two adults and two children (ages 5–14).

All purchasers of a ticket bundle receive (3-for2-Offer, Group Offer, Family Package)an additional 10% discount on purchases at the in-stadium merchandise stand on gameday upon presentation of their ticket purchase confirmation.
Ticket bundle purchasers whose merchandise purchase totals more than €100 (after the 10% discount has been applied) will also receive one complimentary Basic T-shirt, while supplies last.
