Das Konzerthaus ist barrierefrei zugänglich. Rollstuhlfahrer und Gehbehinderte können auf eine entsprechend gute und rücksichtsvolle Infrastruktur zurückgreifen.
Parkmöglichkeiten: Sie finden auf der Parkfläche hinter dem Konzerthaus (Friedhofstraße) zwei ausgewiesene Behindertenparkplätze. Weitere Parkplätze befinden sich im Parkhaus Rauenegg.
Toiletten: Eine behindertengerechte Toilette befindet sich im hinteren Gang. Plätze im Saal: Für Rollstuhlfahrer sind Plätze in der zweiten und dritten Reihe vorgesehen.
