How it works

STEP 1

Buy tickets

Book your event with the EVENTIM.Pass shipping option using your mobile device or on the PC.

STEP 2

Open EVENTIM.App

Open the EVENTIM.App or download it first. Log in to the the app with your EVENTIM account details.

STEP 3

Retrieve tickets

Click "Tickets" at the bottom navigation bar. Once the tickets have been accessed, they are also available offline.

STEP 4

QR code for admission

Retrieve the tickets in the EVENTIM.App and have them ready for admission at the event.

What is EVENTIM.Pass?

  • With EVENTIM.Pass you manage your tickets in the EVENTIM.App on your smartphone.

  • Push notifications keep you up to date: all relevant information about your event is sent directly to your smartphone.

  • EVENTIM.Pass protects against ticket theft and black market! The digital and EVENTIM.Pass tickets can only be transferred and re-sold through official channels.

Passing on tickets

  • Passing on tickets to friends and acquaintances is very easy: generate a link with the EVENTIM.App and share it - as soon as the other person activates the link in the app, the ticket is transferred and changes hands.

Ticket resale

  • The resale of tickets is possible via fanSALE and can be easily started in the EVENTIM.App.

  • Important: The respective organiser decides to what extent tickets can be resold - information on this can be found at the respective event.
