How do you get your Kombiticket?

How it works

Sign up for the Kombiticket here.

To do this, you will need your login information, which can be found in the "booking details" section of your ticketdirect.

You need the order number as well as your individual ticketdirect code.

If you have a Mobile Ticket, sign up for the Kombiticket here as well.

You can find the order number in your order confirmation.

The image shows an example of a Mobile Ticket on your device. Below the QR code is the ticket reference.

You can find the ticket reference behind the "i" icon in the bottom right corner of your wallet card under "additional access code".

For this, you need your EVENTIM.Pass ID, to be found at the bottom of your EVENTIM.Pass ticket, as well as the order number.
