For practically all events on eventim.de – from concerts and festivals to musicals and shows, as well as theatre and opera performances, comedy, sporting events, and readings.
HOW DO I ORDER AN EVENTIM VOUCHER?
- Choose a design and optionally add a personal message.
- Select the amount (between €20 and €250).
- Add it to your basket, choose the delivery and payment method – done.

You choose a voucher value between €20 and €250.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE VOUCHER – BY MAIL OR TO PRINT AT HOME?
Both options are available:

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE TICKET PRICE IS HIGHER OR LOWER THAN THE VOUCHER VALUE?
If the ticket price exceeds the voucher value, the remaining amount can be paid using the selected payment method.
If the voucher is not fully redeemed, the remaining balance stays valid and can be used for your next EVENTIM purchase.
HOW LONG IS THE EVENTIM VOUCHER VALID?
The voucher is valid for 36 months.
