Tickets for events with a specific date or time are generally excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g para. 2 no. 9 German Civil Code (BGB).
This includes, in particular, tickets for concerts, festivals, theatre performances, sporting events, and similar events. Separate provisions apply if an event is postponed or cancelled.
As there is generally no right of withdrawal for event tickets, orders remain binding after purchase. For more information, please refer to our cancellation policy. You may, however, be able to transfer your tickets to another person.
