Never got the tickets

Terrible, because I never got the tickets from you. I wrote a lot of mail to you, but You never tried to solve my problem. So we went from Sweden to Berlin without tickets, but I really thought Eventim would Try to help me in the last minute.Sent mail, fax, phonecalls. But nothing.Now, ten days after, I still havent heard any thing, even though I after the day off the consert asked for my money back. How will you help me?
