Darlingside

I knew Darlingside through some random playlist on my Spotify - therefore i had no idea how big of a band they were. I also didnt know the venue. My expectation was a huge concert with a crowd of 1000+ But then there were like 100 or some more people in a concert hall the size of a small local theatre. And it was one of - maybe the best concert ive ever been to. I still think back to it a lot over 4 years later. It touched me deeply. I wish this band all the success they deserve! Such hum...

Welch ein Glück, dass Darlingside in Frankfurt Station gemacht hat. Die vier sehr symphatischen jungen Männer hatten einen äußerst guten Draht zum Publikum und zwar jeder Einzelne von ihnen. Ganz zu Schweigen von der hervorragenden gesanglichen und spielerischen Leistung. Auch die enge Kommunikation mit dem Publikum, bei der sie ihr Interesse an Land und Leute kundtaten sowie einige bisherige Erlebnisse zum Besten gaben ließ eine vertraute Atmosphäre entstehen. It was great to see and listen to some musicians who clearly care about what they do. I particularly liked the immaculate vocal work based on the simple idea of four voices gathered around one microphone. Shades of Bluegrass! I hope they‘ll come again and I hope I get to see them...
