What are the possible methods of payment?


Possible methods of payment:

  • You can conveniently pay the invoice amount by direct debit from your current account. The direct debit authorization is issued solely for this payment transaction.
  • When paying by invoice you can transfer the billed amount yourself until the due date. You will find our bank account information in the order confirmation.
  • With giropay you pay directly per online wire transfer. Giropay is available for customers of Sparkassen, Volks- and Raiffeisenbank, direct banks and the Postbank.
  • Of course we also accept payment with Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
  • If you choose advance payment, you can transfer the amount due within three days. Your tickets will be shipped or provided as a ticketdirect as soon as we receive your payment. Please notice that we can only offer this payment method for events with sufficient reservation time for the tickets.
  • MasterPass is a digital wallet of MasterCard which is provided by many German banks. After registration you can shop safely with just a few clicks. Your card data and shipping addresses will be kept in a safe place.

Please understand that we do not accept any other methods of payment.
