Klaus-Peter Schulenberg – CEO
In his capacity as CEO, Klaus-Peter Schulenberg is specifically responsible for Corporate Strategy, eCommerce and Marketing. He has been actively involved in the entertainment industry since his student days and founded his first company, an artist management and concert promotion agency, in 1973. After acquiring the shares of CTS Computer Ticket Service GmbH, Schulenberg went public with the company, as CTS EVENTIM AG, in 2000, thus laying the foundations for the future success of the CTS EVENTIM Group.

Volker Bischoff – CFO
At the end of 1999, when the company was changing its legal form to that of a public limited company, Volker Bischoff was appointed Chief Financial Officer of CTS EVENTIM AG. A graduate in economics, he had previously been responsible in the Bremen-based KPS Group as Commercial Managing Director of the Group companies since 1996, and before that was the Head of the Tax Dept. and Chief Auditor of the Internal Audit Dept. in a branch office of a renowned German firm of public certified accountants.

Alexander Ruoff – COO
Alexander Ruoff became a member of the Management Board of CTS EVENTIM AG in July 2002 and is the Chief Operations Officers in charge of Sales and IT. A graduate in business management, his career led him to the Bremen-based Messerknecht Group in 1993, first as director of Messerknecht CIM Consulting und Vertriebs GmbH, and later as Managing Partner of Messerknecht-Meister Informationssysteme GmbH and its subsidiaries Showsoft (ticketing) and Cargosoft (logistics). After the acquisition of Showsoft GmbH by the EVENTIM Group in 2001, Ruoff was appointed to the Management Board of CTS EVENTIM AG.
